The Challenge

Enquiries arrive by phone, email, WhatsApp and Facebook, and the more channels a professional runs, the more opportunities slip through while they catch up. The client wanted an AI that could handle all of it in their own voice and tone, convincingly enough that the person on the other end would not feel handed off to a machine, while staying inside GDPR and CCPA and passing the platform reviews that gate access to those channels in the first place.

The Engineering Strategy

HashOne Global built JustBeMe on AWS EC2 with MongoDB Atlas, integrating Twilio for inbound and outbound calls and SMS, Meta APIs for WhatsApp and Facebook, and Google Workspace and Outlook for mail and calendar. ElevenLabs Conversational AI and Amazon Polly generate the voice, Deepgram Nova-3 handles transcription.

Two things made this harder than a standard integration build. First, compliance had to sit inside the pipeline rather than around it: Deepgram redacts personally identifiable information live, mid-conversation, before anything is stored. Second, the platform access itself had to be earned. We took the system through Meta's data and API review for WhatsApp and Facebook, and through Google Tier 2 verification, which meant multi-app permissions and secure OAuth handling across Gmail and Calendar. Both are gates most integrations never clear.

The twin does not just reply. It reads availability and location, and books the meeting.
